About CTPM

For Landlords, by Landlords

CT Property Management was started by a landlord to fulfill a clear need in the market – a management company that could understand a landlord’s true needs. As a result, we’ve created a company that operates with the landlord’s best interests in mind – one that communicates effectively, troubleshoots issues before calling in expensive professionals, and intelligently organizes financials and tax documents for easy access.

A strong believer in efficiency and automation, CTPM develops systems to ensure that clients’ needs are met and exceeded consistently. Through implementing a diverse mix of cloud-based applications, CT Property Management excels at their mission: getting CT landlords their time back.

Can we help you get your time back?

our philosophy

We believe our financial interests should align with those of our clients. This ensures that we make decisions that benefit both parties, a true partnership.

our vision

CT Property Management works each day towards boosting efficiency in order to excel where it matters – tenant and client relationships.

our mission

Everything we do is with one objective in mind: giving you your time back. We view time as a limited commodity that cannot be purchased.
